A description of the history and development of PJCT from the perspective of the co-founder in first Director. Originally written in 2015 for the 10th anniversary of Rotary's program at Chulalongkorn University, it was lightly revised in June, 2019.
Tom Diener, Rotary, Peace Studies, and UofL
An outline of the crucial role of Dr. Tom Diener and the East Sunrise Louisville Club of Rotary International in supporting the sabbatical plan of Dr. Russell Vandenbroucke to attend Rotary's Peace and Conflict Studies program at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand in 2007. This proved seminal to the create of a program in Peace Studies at UofL.
