As a Plant Manager, his manufacturing business units ranged from small family-owned to stockholder-held Fortune 500. He is a metric driven leader, with both turnaround success and greenfield experience in scaling up business units. Being both profits minded and empathetic in approach, his leadership involves those closest to the product, utilizing proven Lean principles that lead to increased profitability, shipments, quality, and safety. As a veteran of 1000+ days facilitating Kaizen, Tim is a seasoned Lean mentor who "walks the talk".
