Claire Arnold Bio

Claire Arnold is an accomplished higher education and non-profit professional skilled in Partner and Stakeholder Engagement, Project Management, Community Outreach, Event Management, Communications, and Board Relations. As Director of Outreach and Partnerships for the KY-MEP, Claire prioritizes building relationships and partnerships with employers, trade associations and economic development agencies that benefit communities throughout the Commonwealth. She oversees marketing and outreach efforts to support the Client Services team provide customized talent development training solutions and consultative services to Kentucky manufacturers to upskill their workforce and improve their bottom line. Before joining the KY-MEP, Claire worked at the University of Louisville for 7 years as the Program Manager for the Logistics and Distribution Institute and with the College of Business. Prior to coming to the university, Claire worked with the Louisville Education and Employment Partnership program with Jefferson County Public Schools for 5 years. Claire earned a B.S. in Health Administration from Western Kentucky University and an M.B.A. from the University of Louisville. Outside of work, she serves on the board for two youth-development non-profit organizations and is active in the Louisville Downtown Rotary.
