Nobody knows the UofL experience better than our current students, and that's a big reason why peer mentor programs are so important. Starting at Summer Orientation and going through the fall semester (and sometimes spring semester too), Exploratory and 1st Up program participants will have opportunities to connect with peer mentors.

At Summer Orientation you'll be matched with a Student Orientation Staff member, who will guide you through that two-day experience and get you started off on the right foot. That person will continue to serve as a resource all summer long via the Cards Connection Summer Mentor Program.

Then when Welcome Week rolls around, you'll bid farewell to your Student Orientation Staffer and be paired with the peer mentor who will help guide you through a successful first semster (or two!) as part of the Ambassador mentor program.
