For assistance in saving a PowerPoint SHOW or .ppsx file follow directions below:

  1. Open PowerPoint: Start PowerPoint and open the presentation you want to save as a .ppsx file.
  2. Click on 'File': Go to the 'File' menu in the top left corner.
  3. Save As:
    1. PowerPoint 2016 and later: Select "Save As" from the menu. Choose a location to save the file.
    2. PowerPoint 2010 and 2013: Click "Save As" and then choose the location where you want to save the file.
  4. Choose File Format:
