Operations Employee Appreciation Program
Do you know someone who has gone above and beyond within the Operations unit? Would you like to recognize them for their outstanding work? Operations is happy to announce the launch of our Operations Employee Appreciation Program.
If you know of an Operations employee that would meet one or more of the following criteria, please complete the Operations Employee Appreciation Form.
The criteria for nomination is one or more of the following:
Creative innovations to service, process, or work tools
Above and beyond their job duties
Respects coworkers/customers and promotes a healthy and respectful environment
Distinctive achievements that impact the department/institution
Solves problems and improves organizational efficiency
How the program works:
Step 1: An Operations employee is nominated based on above criteria.
Step 2: The nominations(s) are reviewed by the Senior Associate Vice President for Operation’s direct report team. They will make a recommendation to the Senior Associate Vice President for Operations and he will make the final decision.
Step 3: Once the winner is determined, the Senior Associate Vice President for Operation’s office will contact the winner to schedule a lunch.
Step 4: The winner and a guest will receive lunch at the UClub with the Senior Associate Vice President for Operations, their respective supervisor, the nominator and the appropriate direct report to present the winner with a framed certificate, a gold cardinal head lapel pin, and pose for a photo (optional). An email will be sent out to the Operations unit to highlight the winner and they will be featured on the Operations home page.
Nominations must be submitted by the last day of the month. The winner will be announced during the following month (i.e. February’s winner will be announced in March). The winner will be informed by email prior to the announcement to the Operations Units that they have won the award.
