The Operations unit provides operational support for the University of Louisville campus communities. Together, we work to provide operational effectiveness and the enhancement of the overall experience that is aligned with the university’s vision and mission.
Meg Campbell
Assistant Vice President for Planning, Design and Construction
Meg Campbell is the Assistant Vice President for Planning, Design and Construction. She is a licensed architect with over 30 years of planning, design, facilities and construction experience. Her activities include working with deans, researchers and department chairs in accommodating their space needs and strategic planning as well as master planning for the individual schools to maximize their growth and meet accreditation requirements. Currently oversees space and facilities planning on the HSC campus.

Chief Steve Green
Chief of Police
Steve Green serves as Chief of Police responsible for parking, the supervision of sworn law enforcement officers; security officers, 9-1-1 Communications Center; Clery timely reporting; access control and security system; fire, as well as emergency management for the University of Louisville campus community.

Cheri Hildreth
Director, Department of Environmental Health and Safety
Cheri Hildreth leads the Environmental Health and Safety Department as Director and has over thirty years of experience in this role at UofL. She oversees the functional areas of radiation safety, chemical safety, biological safety, industrial hygiene, occupational health and safety, hazardous waste management, environmental compliance, environmental due diligence and hazardous materials emergency response. Cheri is past president of the Campus Safety Health and Environmental Management Association an organization of EHS professionals in higher education.

Sajid Mian
Assistant Vice President for Facilities Management
Sajid Mian is the Assistant Vice President for Facilities Management at the University of Louisville. As part of the university leadership team, he will be responsible for facilities management and university planning, design and construction.

Sally Molsberger
Chief Procurement Officer
Sally has over 19 years in business-public sector and 18 years in university procurement. She oversees: Procurement Services, Contract Administration, Inventory Control/Central Receiving/Stockroom, ProCard and Fuel Card, as well as Merchant Services.
