The residency program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is a University of Louisville ACGME accredited residency program sponsored by Frazier Rehab Institute which is accredited by the JCAHO and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
The residency program provides three years of direct PM&R training, and residents are selected through NRMP at the PGY 2-level. Residents appointed at the PGY 2 level must have completed one year of training in fundamental clinical skills, as outlined in the “Special Requirements for Residency Training in PM&R” in the “Essentials of Accredited Residencies”.
