Tier One Staff


 

This list contains all known Tier One staff.

By unit or department

By name

 

Here is a description of the columns:

Unit / School or Department The name of the unit in layman's terms.
UserID The userID of the Tier 1 staff member for that unit.
Context The NDS context for which the Tier 1 staff member has responsibilities / rights.
Name Name of the Tier 1 staff member.
Tier 1 Designation showing that the person listed is the official Tier 1 staff member for the unit.
DCE Indicates that the Tier 1 staff member has the ability to change DCE (Homer, Athena and UofL.net remote access) account passwords for people in the same UNIX groups as the Tier 1.
NDS Indicates that the Tier 1 staff member has the ability to change NDS and/or GroupWise passwords and home directory quotas for people in their NDS context. This is a pilot project that is only available to HSC Tier 1 staff.

PLEASE NOTE: Per contract with Family and Community Medicine and Information Technology, the IT department is now full Tier I support for this department.

If any mistakes are found, please send them in a note to Security and Account Management or your Client Partners for correction.
