Instructions for checking for updates
Windows 98/2000
- Click on the Start button
- Select Windows Update
- Click on Product Updates
- Under the heading "Critical Updates and Service Packs" select All
- Also check under the heading "Recommended Updates" for the Windows Critical Update Notification and install it
Windows 95/NT
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click on Tools - Windows Update
- Click on Product Updates
- Under the heading "Critical Updates and Service Packs" select All
- Also check under the heading "Recommended Updates" for the Windows Critical Update Notification and install it
