Susan Barber has an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Computer rmation Systems from Speed School and 18 years of experience in information technology in higher education. Susan has assisted with a number of university initiatives, including the conversion to a one protocol network, implementation of HIPAA regulations, the Academic Information Technology (ACADIT) project, and most recently, the maintenance agreement for hand held devices for School of Medicine students. She is a member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and Louisville Women In Technology International organizations (LWITI).

Michael Radmacher

Michael Radmacher has a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and six years experience working with technology in higher education. He has fifteen years experience in marketing and sales of computers and electronics. Michael has been involved in many initiatives, including the selection and implementation of OnBase for document imaging applications, the Academic Information Technology (ACADIT) project and the selection and implementation of Webmail. He is a UofL Staff Senator and a member of the Staff Senate Planning and Policies committee.

Troy Franklin

Troy Franklin is certified in Security+, HP UNIX System Administration I & II, and Tivoli System Administration I. He has two years of higher education technology experience at UofL, working as both a UNIX Administrator and a lead technical resource in Enterprise Security. Additionally, Troy has 14 years experience in corporate IT server and infrastructure administration, design and implementation.
