IT has partnered with Human Resources to offer an 8-week stress management workshop to all IT employees. This program is being offered separately from the Campus Health Initiative to allow our employees an opportunity to attend workshops with complete support of our management. 

During the Stress: Manage It! workshop you will have an opportunity to attend classes with other IT employees and address stressors specific to our field. While the classes are not mandatory, this is a unique opportunity to learn practical solutions for managing stress with your peers.
