The data network extends to all dorm rooms in residence halls on Belknap and HSC campuses. There is a connection for each student occupying a room. The Internet access in the residence halls is referred to as ResNet. It is connected to University of Louisville's high-speed campus backbone.

Currently the facilities wired in the ResNet :

Technical Information:

  • Check your machine configuration to verify that it is equipped with Ethernet capabilities.
  • Check with your RA/RD to verify if you will need an Ethernet Cable. Ethernet cables are available at the  ITechXpress store, located in the lower level of the Miller IT building.
