iTech Xpress Computer Repair

An estimate for repair will be given prior to work beginning.  When applicable, repairs will incur a cost of $30.00 an hour and/or any additional costs related to materials and parts (subject to change).

iTech Xpress is located in the Miller Information Technology Center (lower level).  We are open Monday through Friday 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.  Within iTech Xpress you will find a variety of discounted and free software products, computer accessories and more.

• Because of license restrictions, you will be prompted to enter your UofL (ULink) userID and password.
• Orders placed online will usually be filled within 2 business days.
• For media that requires a license, a license must be purchased prior to or with the media.

 

Software titles purchased from iTech Xpress are easily returned within 30 days of receipt. These items must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap

IT recommends using DNS names/IP names instead of IP address (i.e. 136.65.0.0) when installing printers.
Using DNS names will ensure printing without interruptions.
