MPC Gateway
MPC/Gateway placed an indefinite shipping freeze on all orders including, but not limited to: personal computers, parts and repair services. Effective immediately, the Department of Purchasing and iTech Xpress will not place MPC/Gateway orders until the freeze is lifted. UofL’s MPC representative advised against shipping computers to MPC/Gateway for depot warranty repair. IT will be available to perform “best effort” repairs to existing MPC computers.
