Subscription Requests

To obtain a UofL.net Remote Account:

You must have a valid University e-mail account. If you do not have one, please request one now before requesting a UofL.net Remote account. ULink

    • You must be eighteen or older. If you are not at least 18, you will need to obtain approval from your parent or legal guardian using this form. [I'm under eighteen.]
      Note: If you are under eighteen, you may choose to continue with the account request process, however, your account will stay in a pending request status and will not be activated until the completed "Approval/Request Form" is returned.
    • You must read and agree to the service Terms and Conditions.
    • You are now ready to request a UofL.net Remote service account thru ULINK.


To request a sponsored account:

Submit Security and Account Management's Sponsorship Request Miniform.


To make changes or cancel your account:

Send an e-mail message to the UofLnet Service Account using the following address: uoflnet@louisville.edu

Subscriptions may be canceled thru ULINK. Under the following conditions, subscriptions will be terminated automatically:

Student subscriptions are automatically canceled after August 30th for students not registered for the Fall Semester, and after January 30th for students not registered for the Spring Semester, or upon withdrawing from the university;
Faculty and staff subscriptions are automatically canceled when they leave the university. Since fees are not assessed for a partial month of service when requesting a subscription, there will be no refunds for a partial month of services when canceling a subscription.
