How Can I Save a Document Without an Application Dialogue Window Popping Up?

If you are saving a file in an application other than GroupWise and a "Document Save As" window pops up with the option to "Save Document Using Application Dialogue", you have enabled document integration in GroupWise. To disable this feature,

• Click Tools - Options - Documents
• Click Enable Integration with Other Applications.

How Can I Delete or Move Multiple Items?

To delete a block of items:

• Hold down the shift key
• Click on the first item to be deleted
• Click on the last item to be deleted
• This will highlight the items
• Hit the delete key

To delete multiple non-adjacent items:

• Hold down the control key
• Click on each item to be deleted
• This will highlight the items
• Hit the delete key

Items can be moved rather than deleted. After highlighting the items, place your pointer on the items to be moved, click and hold, then drag and drop to desired folder.
