GroupWise Column Headings

How to Add or Delete a Column Heading

Column headings can be customized in the Address Book, Mail, Sent Items, Task List, and Folders. This customization is done at the workstation level. If you change the headings in your GroupWise account at the office, this customization will not carry over to your laptop or home PC. To move column headings, place your pointer on the gray heading, click and hold, drag and drop to new location.

To see a full listing of headings, place your pointer on any of the gray headings and right click to bring up the list. To add a heading, choose one from the list and click on it once.

Can I sort on Department or Date Instead of Name?

In Mailbox, Sent Items, Cabinet, and Task List, you can sort any column by right clicking on the heading and choosing Ascending or Descending as the sort order. In the Address Book, right clicking on a heading allows you to sort on "First Name" first, "Department" first, etc. There are some limitations, however; for example, sorting on Title is not an option.
