My Novell GroupWise Address Book is missing. Where is it?

Open the address book.
Choose "File" and "Open Book"
Make sure "Novell GroupWise Address Book" is highlighted
Choose "OK"

Why am I having trouble finding names in my address book?

In order to navigate the address book effectively, the first two column headings should be set as Last Name, First Name.

To change column headings:
Open the Address Book
Position your pointer on the gray title bar that contains Name, Department, etc.
Right click
This brings up a list of possible column headings
Choose "Last Name"
Right click again and choose "First Name"
(If Last Name and First Name are grayed out, that means these items are already column headings. Move to the right using the scroll bar at the bottom of the window to find First Name and Last Name)

To move a column heading:

Place the pointer on the column heading to be moved
Left click and hold
Drag the column heading to the desired spot
Drop

After you have the address book sorted on Last Name, First Name, you will find searching the book much easier.
