Copy from One Address Book to Another
To Copy All Items in One Book to Another
- Open the Address Book to copy from.
- Choose SELECT ALL from the EDIT menu.
- Choose COPY TO from the EDIT menu.
- Choose the address book to copy to and click OK.
- Open the address book copied to and verify that the entries are as you expected.
To Copy Individual Items from One Book to Another
- Open the Address Book to copy from.
- Click to highlight the item you wish to move.
- Choose COPY TO from the EDIT menu.
- Choose the address book to copy to and click OK.
