The Computing Centers provide computing facilities and walk-in support services to students, faculty, alumni, and staff. In addition, we provide PC (Windows OS) and Macintosh Wireless support (Laptops and Pocket PCs), and support for Kentuckiana Metroversity.

The Computing Centers provide access to, and complete support for, the latest communications and desktop productivity applications, including GroupWise, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Odyssey Wireless Client, and WS_FTP. Additionally, we provide access to faculty courseware, such as SPSS. Optical scanners and software are available at the HSC, and College of Business Computing Centers for you to scan graphics and text.

Did you forget the password to your UofL.net Remote, GroupWise, or NDS account? Someone at the IT Computing Centers will be able to reset it for you quickly. Please bring a photo ID with you to verify your identity.

Accessibility

All Computing Centers have an ADA-compliant station. If the station is in use please let us know how we may assist you. We provide IntelliKey computer keyboards (North and South Computing Centers only), a Kurzweil reader(North and South Computing Centers only), and the Zoom Text Xtra Level 2 software (all Computing Centers). Please inform us if we can assist you further.
