- This system will not clean virus infections from your machine.
- The system is designed to assist students in keeping their machines up to date with the latest Windows patches and virus protection. It may offer other features in the future, but it's primary purpose is to keep newly purchased machines from becoming infected prior to their being able to obtain protection.

- You will need to know your ULink userid and password prior to accessing the system.
- If you have forgotten your password you can take your UofL student ID to one of the computer centers on campus located in the following locations, HSC Instructional Building B Room 204, South Computer Center Room 002 Miller Information Technology Building Belknap campus, and the Metropolitan College Computer Lab Ekstrom Library Belknap Campus.
- As agreed to in the Residence Hall Lease Agreement all students must abide by the University's Safe Computing Practices Policies in order to maintain internet connectivity. These polices also include restrictions regarding network devices such as routers. It is not permissible and is against University policy for anyone to connect routers to the University network. Also failure to adhere to Federal Copyright laws can also result in loss of connectivity without prior notice.
Any of the following issues can result in loss of internet connectivity without prior notice: Virus Infection, Copyright violation, Network violation such as router connectivity, or any violation of University's Safe Computing Practice Policies.
