  • Functional Fit/Gap

    • All Campus Solutions Fit/Gap sessions were completed on 12/15/09
      • Spreadsheets containing customizations were received by UofL on 12/15/09, except Financial Aid  which was received on 1/4/10
      • Summary Documents received by UofL on 1/25/10
    • All HRMS Fit/Gap sessions were completed on 12/3/09
      • Spreadsheets containing customizations were complete by 12/15/09
      • Summary Documents were received by UofL on 1/25/10
    • Security Fit/Gap session was completed on 12/17/09
      • Documents received by UofL on 2/3/10
  • First test move to production

    • Database turned over for functional testing on 11/16/09 without maintenance
    • Database turned over to functional users to test on 1/25/10, with maintenance as of 12/10/09
