  • Monday through Thursday: 6am - 10pm
  • Friday: 6am - 5pm
  • Saturday: 7am - 5pm
  • Sunday: 10am - 10pm
  • University Holidays: 7am - 5pm
  • Thanksgiving Day: Closed
  • Christmas Day: Closed

If you have an emergency during off hours, call the HelpDesk to be transferred to an on-call technician, or leave your request on voicemail. Your call will be returned the next day starting at 7 A.M. unless you specify a time.

The HelpDesk provides support to the entire University of Louisville community: faculty, staff and students. If you need assistance with accessing your univesity accounts, unlocking your password, accessing wireless, computer repairs on University purchased equipment, or more, please let us know.
Send us an email and type in the word help in the subject line. In the text of the email be sure to include the information on the best way to contact you.

If you don't hear from us within 24 hours, there might have been an issue preventing us from receiving your email. Make sure you are choosing helpdesk@louisville.edu for the recipient. If you see other accounts in your drop down auto-fill address book (such as HelpDeskULP or Service Desk), please click the X to the right to remove them from your address book cache. Doing this will ensure IT's HelpDesk can continue to provide you with excellent service!
Bomgar is a screen sharing tool used by the HelpDesk. If instructed by HelpDesk staff click here to start a Bomgar session. If instructed by HelpDesk staff click here to collect information for missing drives.
