The University's telephone system feature activation codes have been changed to allow all users to access their telephone features by dialing "*". The change in codes allows the university to be better positioned for growth, and allows for future voice and data enhancements.
The new codes are available now.
The following table shows the old feature activation code, the new one, and a brief description of the code. Some of these features may have been programmed on the auto dial keys of your telephone set. A frequently programmed feature is "223" which allows you to speed dial into your voice mail box. Attached you will find instruction on how to change these keys. Please copy the attached sheets as needed or refer persons to the Helpdesk at 852-7997 for additional information.
