How do I enroll my department in the Microsoft Campus
Agreement?
When a unit or school decides
to participate, the Unit Business Manager can indicate or renew participation in
the Microsoft Campus Agreement by completing the online form at https://docushare.louisville.edu/dsweb/View/Collection-5165.
ULink userid and password are required for registration.
How are rates for the
Microsoft Campus Agreement calculated?
Microsoft recommends that
Information Technology use the official university IPEDS data for the FTE
headcounts. IPEDS stands for Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System and
is the federal postsecondary data collection system established by the National
Center for Education Statistics. From the UofL IPEDS data, a report has been
prepared which provides the breakdown of FTE totals and cost to participate in
the program.
