Memorial Day Weekend Outages Planned - All Enterprise Systems Impacted

On May 25 through May 28, Physical Plant will begin upgrading the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) unit located in the Miller Information Technology Center. This upgrade requires that power be shutdown in the IT darkroom which houses resources required to keep University applications operative.

As a result of this upgrade, IT will experience several hours of downtime which will impact ALL university applications. Please make note of the following schedule as some action is required:

Friday May 25

ACTION REQUIRED: To ensure that the upgrade is successful ALL faculty, staff and students must log out of University applications no later than 7PM on Friday May25.

Saturday May 26 through Monday May 28

University applications will be available beginning 11:00 AM on Saturday May 26 through 9 AM on Monday May 28.

ACTION REQUIRED:   To ensure the upgrade completion is successful ALL faculty, staff and students must log out of University applications no later than 9:00AM on Monday May 28.  All University applications will be inaccessible starting at 9:00 AM through 8:00 PM on Monday May 28.
