Departmental Computer Lab Management

Information Technology manages several public computing centers on campus, and may be able to help departments manage their own computer labs and classrooms. This kind of service would be provided through a Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the department and IT that would lay out the responsibilities of each party to the agreement.
