IMPORTANT DATES FOR NEW INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS (FALL 2009)
Orientation Dates:
- IPIBS Orientation - Thursday, August 13th , 9:30 am International Center
- International Student Orientation – Thursday, August 20th , 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (Ekstrom Library, Chao Auditorium)
- Late Arrival Orientation – Thursday, August 27th , 12:00noon International Center
- International Athlete Orientation – Thursday, August 27th , 7:00 pm – International Center
- New Graduate Student Orientation (mandatory for TA’s)- August 20th , 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
- Graduate Teaching Assistants - GTA evaluations will be on (Wednesday-Friday), August 12, 13 and 14. From 9 am- 3 pm. Call 852-5901 to schedule an appointment.
- Health Insurance Information Session - August 28th, 3:00 pm, Room 106 Campus Health Office, enter back of building.
Social Security Trips:
Please put your name on list and bring your passport, I-94, I20/DS2019, letter from International
Center and your job offer letter. Be at the International Center at 1:30pm

Trips to Shopping Mall and Grocery Store
Put your name on list in advance and meet at the International Center 15 minutes early.

UofL Student ID Card:
All the students must bring their passport and cardinal card application from your orientation package. Please be on time at the International Center at 1:30 pm to walk to campus card office.
