Adding a service account mailbox in Outlook

Managing your new service account
Service account owners must create a second Outlook profile from which to manage their service accounts. Click one of the links below for instructions on creating this second profile, as well as further steps that need to be taken to manage your service account.

Creating a "Sent Items" rule in your service account
Make sure all items sent by delegates on behalf of your service account are saved as sent items in the service account. Click the following link for directions to create a sent items rule. Remember, your delegates must CC or BCC the service account for the rule to work properly.
