Payment may be made by check, money order, or credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express). Purchase orders will only be accepted from JCPS school district, non profit agencies and selected business organizations. A service/processing fee of $40 per registration will be assessed for returned checks. NOTE: You must register online BEFORE submitting paperwork to JCPS Account Payabale Dept.
If you pay by credit card, be certain that you are using the correct credit card for the registration. We will NOT be able to change the credit card used after the initial payment has been processed.
Please note there is a $4.95 registration fee and a 4.95% fee for all transactions.

If you are an employer paying for your employee's registration and will be sending in a check please note that your payment has to be received in office prior to the ending of available rates. For example, to qualify for the early registration your payment has to be received in office on or before Feb 18, 2013. To qualify for the regular rate your payment has to be received in office on or before March 6, 2013.
The above also applies for employees whose employer will pay his/her registration fees.

Early Discounted Rate Registration Deadline: December 18, 2012- February 15, 2013

Regular Registration Deadline: February 16, 2013- March 6, 2013
All registrations with accompanying payments must be received or postmarked by this date to qualify for this rate. If registering online, payment must be submitted by 11:59 pm EST. This is the last date registration forms can be mailed or submitted online.
Late/On-Site Registration: March 7, 2013 - March 10, 2013
All registrations with accompanying payments postmarked after March 6, 2013 will automatically qualify for this rate.
Eligibility for Rates and Registration Policies
All attendees attending the conference must pay a registration fee.
Payment must accompany the registration form. Postmark date of payment will determine the registration rate if payment is sent after the registration form is submitted.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
To cancel a registration and request a refund, a written request (e-mail is acceptable) must be sent to email@example.com or faxed to (502) 852-0913. Requests can also be made by calling (502) 852-6656. Refunds will not be processed until after March 15, 2013.
Refund requests will be processed after March 15, 2013.
Refund requests received or postmarked between January 20 and February 20, 2013 will receive a refund equal to 100% of the appropriate registration fees.
Refund requests received or postmarked after March 1, 2013 are NON-REFUNDABLE.
