About Us

The Office of Business Services provides administrative support for the University of Louisville's business-related operational units. Together, we work to provide operational efficiency and improve campus productivity for our customers and community in a responsive, service-oriented, effective, and environmentally conscious manner. Each of our units employs business expertise, technology and fiscal responsibility to deliver the business services that uphold the university's standard of excellence for UofL's faculty, staff, students and visitors.

Mark Jason Watkins

Associate Vice President for Business Services

Mark Watkins brings over twenty-two years of leadership experience managing complex operations in educational settings, including multiple large public universities. As part of the leadership team for the Senior Vice President for Finance and Administration, Watkins oversees: Parking and Transportation, Risk Management, Purchasing & Procurement, Print and Copy Management, Card Services, Mail Services, Campus Leasing and Contract Services which includes UofL's bookstore, dining services, vending and credit union.
