Jenna Haugen, PhD, considered "The Power of Executive Presence" in the latest University of Louisville human resources learning cafe.

Haugen, co-chair of the Young and Emerging Professionals' membership and recruitment committee, is an assistant professor in the UofL department of management where she teaches courses on business communication. She also leads the Social Enterprise Incubator in the UofL College of Business.

In 2018, Haugen was recognized by Louisville Business First as a Young Leader.

Haugen earned a PhD in organizational communication from the University of Kansas.
