The University of Louisville’s Young and Emerging Professionals (YEP) Employee Resource Group supports the personal and professional development of young professionals or emerging professionals who are new to UofL or new to a particular career path, etc. Membership is free and open to all UofL employees.

The 2024-25 YEP Leadership Interest Form is now open! YEP Is growing and looking for emerging and aspiring leaders to take the employee resource group to the next level. Term commitments run from June 1, 2024 - May 31, 2025, with the option to extend for an additional year. Here are the available board options:

Did You Know? The university hosts a number of employee resource groups (ERGs) that support our vision to be a great place to work. ERGs promote a climate of inclusion and provide a place where employees can come together to network, create a strong sense of community and share their concerns with others.
