The Urban Design Studio is a proud supporter and organizer of Pecha Kucha Night Louisville, the City’s local host of the global Pecha Kucha events. The volunteer-based initiative brings this dynamic speaker series quarterly, showcasing ideas and passions of local community members.

The Pecha Kucha format is simple, a series of speakers present 20 slides, each slide lasting 20 seconds, automatically advancing, giving the speaker 6 minutes and 40 seconds to present their ideas on a wide range of topics. The events are held in vibrant venues offering libations and social get-togethers that build community around ideas and topics.
