Alison Buchelt

Alison Buchelt has earned a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant to teach English in La Rioja, Spain.

The Fulbright U.S. Student Program offers research, study and teaching opportunities in more than 140 countries to recent graduates and graduate students. Administered in the U.S. by the Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, the Fulbright program was established in 1946 to promote international goodwill through education and cultural exchange.

 

The Fulbright Award is a reflection, as well as validation, of many years’ worth of hard work and perseverance. I am honored to represent the University of Louisville in Spain where I will share meaningful cultural experiences that will transcend into my future classroom."
