The RPC is housed in 11,000 sq. ft. space. Current capabilities include:

  • Selective Laser Melting (SLM): EOS M270 and EOS M290 Dual Mode 
  • Electron Beam Melting (EBM) Arcam EBM S400 (upgraded) 
  • Polymer laser sintering: 3DS/DTM SLS 2500plus, High Temperature SLS 2500 CI
  • Fused Deposition Modeling - Dimension 1200se and desktop printers
  • 3D Printing (3DP): ExOne MLab 3D printing research platform
  • Stereolithography (SLA): Formlab Form 2 and Autodesk Ember
  • CNC machining 
  • Injection molding
