Rehab Engineering Students 3D Print Prosthetic Hand for 6-Year-Old Boy
Utilizing the Bioengineering Department's CubePro 3D printer, Dr. Gina Bertocci's Rehab Engineering class students created 3 unique mechanical prosthetic hands using e-Nable's open source designs for a local 6 year old boy, Lucas, born with symbrachydachtyly (no fingers on his hand and radius/ulna fused together).
