Programs & Events

PEACC offers a number of different events throughout the year.  Dates and times for events will be shared on PEACC social media.  Email with your questions.

    PEACCful Yoga:

PEACC provides trauma informed yoga sessions every semester.  This offering is open to our entire campus community.  PEACCful Yoga is an open space to connect with your body and breath.  You will be invited to notice sensations of movement, stretch, strength and being.  The intention of this practice is to provide space to explore, notice and engage in a new way with your body on your own terms.

    Men of PEACC:

Men of PEACC is an initiative that provides opportunities for male identifying members of our campus community to discuss a variety of topics as it relates to creating a world free of sexual violence, interpersonal violence and stalking.  These programs include

    • Panel discussions, often with special guests
    • Tuesday Trivia in the Men of PEACC FB Group
    • Bro Yoga in partnership with the Student Rec Center
    • Men of PEACC LLC, a live and learn community through Campus Housing

PEACC provides training to classes and other groups on campus on a regular basis.  We have a menu of topics for our community, including

    • How to Help a Friend, a workshop to learn more about what to say if a friend discloses to you
    • Staff & Faculty Trauma Informed Care, an online self-directed training for faculty and staff to learn more about how they can work with student survivors in a trauma-informed way
    • Green Dot Bystander Intervention, a workshop to learn how to be an active bystander and intervene safely when you notice warning signs of interpersonal violence

    Seasonal Events:
