Official Military Transcripts — Center for Military-Connected Students

Official military transcripts are required to be sent to the university if you are utilizing GI Bill benefits.

Joint Service Transcripts (JST)

Joint Services Transcript (JST) is a record of a Servicemember's military education, training and experience with college credit recommendations developed by the American Council on Education (ACE). Official Joint Service Transcripts can be ordered and sent electronically to any Academic Institution (AI) by logging on to the JST website using your Common Access Card (CAC). Students must request that the transcripts be sent to the University of Louisville Third Street address for prompt delivery of your military transcripts. Your transcripts will be delivered to the university electronically.

Community College of the Air Force

Transcripts can be ordered for active duty members and veterans of the Air Force.

Paper copies of your official transcript must be mailed directly to the university from the Community College of the Air Force:

DANTES Funded CLEP/DSST Exam Transcripts

Scores for all DANTES-funded exams are automatically reported to the Joint Services Transcript (JST). Air Force scores are also reported to the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF), AFAEMS, and the Air Force Virtual Education Center (AFVEC) website.

A no-cost score report is delivered to two institutions of choice, if designated during online registration using the institution(s)’ four-digit institution code(s).

Servicemembers can also pay for a consolidated transcript that includes CLEP and DSST exams using the online transcript ordering service.

Most scores can be reviewed online at the testing agencies website, within 2-4 weeks after test administration. Requesting scores and transcripts may be different for each of the DANTES-funded exams.
