The primary purpose of the Student Veterans Association (SVA) at the University of Louisville is to foster fellowship of like-minded individuals to create a network of students and successful alumni that fosters the integration of veterans returning from active duty service, current service members, and other students and faculty that support their current and former service members into becoming an informed, contributing part of the campus culture while simultaneously building camaraderie and providing continued professional & leadership development.
