The following emergency department patients will need a KASPER report completed prior to the prescribing of controlled substances.

Initial Prescription to Treat Non-Cancer Pain
Continued Prescribing to Treat Non-Cancer Pain in Patients > 16 years
Treatment of “Other” Conditions
