Workshops for Family Support Groups
KATC Free Training Request Form for Community and Family Support Groups (Excludes School-Based Trainings)
KATC offers 1 to 1.5-hour workshops on autism and related topics to enhance knowledge and confidence for community partners and family groups in Kentucky. These workshops are intended for autism-related caregiver support groups and are available free of charge. Please note, individual family requests cannot be accommodated.
While we provide a list of suggested topics, we encourage support groups to collaborate with our trainers to tailor the presentation to their specific needs.
Purpose of this Form
This form is to schedule a 1 to 1.5-hour workshop for a family group. The audience is expected to be mainly parents and family members of individuals with ASD. If your group consists primarily of professionals, please complete the "Workshops for Professionals and the Community" form.
Submission Requirements
Due to the high demand for presentations, this request form must be submitted at least 8 weeks before the desired presentation date. Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are not provided.

Cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to the event.
Video/Audio Taping
Videotaping and voice recording prohibited unless other arrangements have been made with the Kentucky Autism Training Center.
