Arial was born and raised in Louisville, KY. Arial attended Berea College where she pursued a degree in Communications and served as the vice president of her class in the Student Government organization. During her undergraduate studies as a Berea College student, Arial worked in the Berea College Office of Admissions where she served as a Student Ambassador. Post graduation, she began her journey working for the University of Louisville as an Administrative Assistant for the Center for Integrative Environmental Health Sciences. She temporarily relocated to Little Rock, Arkansas to be with family during the COVID-19 pandemic. During her time in Little Rock, she worked as an Administrative Assistant for Pepsi. Once the pandemic had reached its conclusion, she moved back to Louisville, KY to pursue higher education in Human Resources and Organizational Development with UofL. In addition, she also returned to UofL for employment as a Department Coordinator.
