Hi everyone! My name is Angel Okorie, and I am serving as the Executive Vice President (EVP) for the Student Government Association for the 2023-24 year. In my role as EVP, I oversee student senate and student senate committees as President of the Senate including budgeting/finance, work on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives along with other departments of UofL, and serve as the main liaison from students to the Athletics department. I am a senior majoring in Health and Human Performance, track in Exercise Science and pre-physical Therapy. I am a Woodford R. Porter Scholar, Honors Scholar, a Diversity Student Ambassador for Admissions, Vice President of Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Society, and a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. What’s up everybody! I’m Bryson Sebastian and I will serve as your Academic Vice President this year. My job is to advocate for all of your academic needs, from inside the classroom to services like the Reach Center and the Libraries. I am a McConnell Scholar and member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity, raiseRED, the InterFraternity Council, and the Fryberger Greek Sing Council. I work on campus as a Cardinal Ambassador and inside the McConnell Center. I was born and raised in Louisville, and I cannot wait to see what this year has in store!

Hey, Cards! My name is Alex Reynolds and I serve as the Services Vice President of SGA. As SVP, my role is to be the chief advocate for students in the areas of campus safety, housing, dining, parking, and all other non-academic services. I am a senior studying political science with a minor in history, and I plan on going to law school next year. I’m also an associate editor for the student-led Louisville Political Review and a Legislative Assistant in the Louisville Metro Council. I love discovering new music, watching our Louisville Cardinals and the Cincinnati Bengals, and traveling. This will be my second year as SVP, so I’m looking forward to continuing my work on past initiatives and finding new ones to advocate for.
