The Kentucky Science Center hosts 6th-12th grade students for a 1/2 day program outlined below:
9-11:30AM View Pulse of Surgery livestream of open-heart surgery and engage with operating room team
11:30AM-12PM Lunch chat with current medical and nursing students
12-1:45PM Sessions and rotations with a variety of medical professionals: learn about the career pathway, learn about the field, asks questions, try out medical tools and technologies, etc...
