About Us
Located just south of the heart of Kentucky's largest city, UofL's Belknap Campus is home to eight of the university's 12 academic schools and colleges. The Health Sciences Center, located in downtown Louisville's medical complex, is home to four schools and is the headquarters for UofL Health, including UofL Health – UofL Hospital and UofL Health – Jewish Hospital. Shelby Campus, located in eastern Louisville, is home to several university centers, as well as the Shelbyhurst office park for business and technology endeavors.

ADDITIONAL HOTEL INFORMATION:
The host institution will book rooms on your behalf (and cover the cost) for both Wednesday and Thursday nights (June 12-13). You do not need to make a reservation for those nights.
For Tuesday or Friday nights: The conference begins at noon on Wednesday and ends at noon on Friday. If your travel plans require either a Tuesday night or Friday night stay, please make those reservations on your own.

Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF):
Fly Like a Butterfly
Just 10 minutes from downtown, Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport is a low-fare airport that draws travelers from across the beautiful state of Kentucky and Southern Indiana region. The airport offers nonstop service to more than 35 destinations on eight airlines. With just one stop, travelers from across the region can reach more than 460 destinations in the U.S. and worldwide. In 2022, the airport accommodated 3.89 million passengers, it’s third busiest year on record. SDF’s best year to date is 2019 with more than 4.2 million passengers.
ADDITIONAL TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION:
The hotel does not provide transportation to and from the airport. Each participant is responsible for travel to and from the airport. Uber, Lyft, Taxis are available. Transportation buses will be available to the university campus and events during the conference.
Overnight Valet Parking is available ($36.00 overnight). The Galt House primary parking is located in the East Tower immediately adjacent to the main hotel entrance for a flat daily self-parking rate of $28.00. Please be advised there are certain locations in the West Tower Parking garage that have been reported to leak. The City of Louisville owns, operates and is responsible for the garage condition in the West Tower. The Louisville Parking Authority (PARC) has been made aware of the condition. Vehicle damage in the West Tower parking garage specifically should be reported to the Louisville Parking Authority (PARC) at (502) 587-7275.
