Become a Faculty and Staff Ally

Form to identify yourself as faculty or staff ally to students and coworkers.

People often ask who they might be able to turn to on our campus for encouragement or support regarding issues of sexual orientation and gender identity/expression. In an attempt to widen the circle of support we welcome YOU to join our list of *friends.* All we need to know is that you are comfortable affirming those who are LGBTQ+ and that you are willing to provide support whenever possible.

Your name will appear on our web site along with the other names you see listed here. We invite you to encourage at least one of your colleagues to join you.
Special Note: This list does not include graduate or teaching assistants.

With over 700 names and growing, we rely heavily on our university community to help us keep this list up-to-date by letting us know of those in your department who are no longer with the university, have changed positions, or have changed their name (marriage, gender confirmation, etc.). If you see an edit that needs to be made please let us know at lgbt@louisville.edu - We appreciate your help! The list is manually updated every semester.
