Environmental Law students explore environmental justice and resilience justice issues in West Louisville.

At the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, the concepts and applications of resilience justice are explored in several classes, including:

  • Environmental Law
  • Land Use & Ecosystem (interdisciplinary)
  • Land Use & Planning Law (interdisciplinary)
  • Urban Justice & Policy (interdisciplinary)
  • Water Resources (interdisciplinary)

Several Resilience Justice Fellows have been dual-degree JD-MUP students in law and urban planning, and one was a dual-degree JD-MSSW student in law and social work.
