Environmental Law students explore environmental justice and resilience justice issues in West Louisville.

At the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, the concepts and applications of resilience justice are explored in several classes, including:

  • Adaptive Planning & Resilience (interdisciplinary)
  • Environmental Law, Land Use & Planning Law (interdisciplinary)
  • Property I and II
  • Urban Justice & Policy (interdisciplinary)
  • Water Resources Law & Policy (interdisciplinary)

Several Resilience Justice Fellows have been dual-degree JD-MUP students in law and urban planning, and one was a dual-degree JD-MSSW student in law and social work.
