Wagner v. Commonwealth of Kentucky

Wagner v. Commonwealth of Kentucky, 581 S.W.2d 352 (1979)

Kentucky Supreme Court's decisionhttps://law.justia.com/cases/kentucky/supreme-court/1979/581-s-w-2d-352-1.html

The case interprets Section 10 of the Kentucky Constitution invalidate the search of a defendant's impounded car. A vigorous dissent urges that limitations on police searches in Kentucky be no greater than those under the Fourth Amendment of the US Constitution.
